Returns


Unwanted Items

If you decide you do not want the item you have purchased please email us within 7 (seven) working days and we will happily give you a full refund of the cost of your purchases (including the Post and Packing) once your unwanted purchases have been returned to us. We will not refund the return postage for unwanted items when they are returned.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged in any way please let us know immediately by email. Tell us what the problem is and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent. If possible we would like a photo of the damaged item and/or packaging so we can use this in our claim on our insurance (this is not mandatory, just useful). We will refund the postage cost for you returning the damaged item to us.

All returns have to be in original condition and packaged in the same way as they were received.

We are sure that you will be happy with your deck chairs but please contact us if you require a return. We have made returning your deck chairs easy.
